Derek's AWP 2019 Schedule of Events, Portland, OR

Dear AWP Attendees & Portland Friends: I'll be reading, signing books, and talking translation this coming week in PDX. I'd love to see any and all of you there. Schedule below:

Weds., March 27th: 8PM, I'll be reading Amelin translations for Waxwings at TURN! TURN! TURN! (8 NE Killingsworth St.) with Natalie Scenters-Zapico, Erika Wurth, Matthew Vollmer and others.

Thurs., March 28th: 2PM, Book signing for The Identity Thief at the Saturnalia table in the AWP Bookfair; 3-5PM, at the Saturnalia table, just there, helping out my press.

Fri. March 29th: 10 PM: Saturnalia Books Reading of The Identity Thief with Martha Silano, Hadara Bar-Nadav, Star Black at Mother Foucault's Bookshop (523 SE Morrison St).

Sat. March 30th: 4:30-5:45 PM, AWP Panel: Translating Others, Translating Ourselves: Creative Writers as Translators (D137-138, Oregon Convention Center). With Jesse Lee Kercheval, Sharon Dolin, Forrest Gander, and Sawako Nakayasu.
