<p>Together they&#8217;ll read from <em>The Joyous Science: Selected Poems of Maxim Amelin, </em>their award-winning translation-in-progress.  Come see why Amelin (b. 1970) has been hailed as a pre-eminent voice in post-Soviet Russian verse.</p>
<p>The Albany library is located at 1247 Marin Ave., Albany, CA 94706.  Albany is just west of Berkeley, between the city and the Bay.</p>
